Google reviews brittany foust brittany foust in the last week This school is a joke. The financial aid department is made up of the most under qualified himan beings they could have scraped out of the bottom of the barrel. From the beginning my gut told me they were idiots, but having never dealt with financial aid before i trusted them. Ahmed, besides being more difficult to contact than the president of the united states, never knew what was going on. First i didnt qualify, then i did. Then i was supposed to be able to have extra financial aid in 2 payments of $1500. I got one check, then when i went to collect the second one from the front desk Ahmed told me he had to take my second one back. So, i didnt end up getting the second one. Come the end of the program i went in for the exit interview where it stated that the school actually owed ME $1500 but Erika ran down stairs and grabbed a new document saying they actually didnt owe me and i didnt owe them. I got my certificate and nearly a year later i get a letter from a lawyer saying i am being sued because i owe pima $5130. So i call for 2 weeks straight trying to get in contact with ahmed. I tell him i am only available after 1pm, he calls me back around 10am. About 3 days after trying to get him again (after 2 weeks of trying) i ask to speak to erika who sends me to ahmeds voicemail because she is too incompetant to answer my questions. So i finally get ahmed some days later and i explain to him that there is no way i owe that much money. He explains its a fee that was added on after the fact. I tell him how i wouldnt have gotten my certificate if i signed saying i still owed money (you cant graduate if you owe money) and so they show their lawyer where i signed saying i do owe it. My biggest mistake is that i didnt ask for copies of the papers i signed. They tampered with my signed document because they didnt do their job correctly and get all the fees tallied up. Dont go to pima unless you want to get sued over fees that they make up after you graduate your program.
