  Bad customer service !!! Used to go to ellsworth branch all the time have been with this bank for 16 years ...well they are closing my normal branch in march it says ...so i planned on switching banks just for convenience around end of Feb... Well today im closing it instead because i went to my normal branch 2nd week in row and noooo one is there so i go out of way to come here the lady then tells me that they have only been open at other location 10 to 2pm ... Why is that not posted then ? She says o it is ... Um noooo let me go take a pic and bring back to show u im not a liar... So after calling me a liar im completely done with this place now if only someone would help me close my acct but lady over there is to busy textin on her CELL PHONE.... Yeah screw this place
