I hate to reiterate what everyone else has already said but I must share with Yelp readers what horrible service this bank has. I am ready to pull all my money from the bank due to my interaction today. The only way I could do my transaction - make a deposit that would go into my account today - was to go into the bank and use one of their tellers. It was an insult to have to stand in line with my kids for 20 minutes while the number of customers standing in line fluctuated from 12-15 with TWO tellers working. First of all, I would detest working there because it seems that everyone just hates life when they have to stand in line to complete their banking. I'm sure they are as irritated as I was after waiting 20 minutes! Second, after my transaction was completed, I asked to speak to the manager about the wait and the high number of people in line. Craig, the manager shared with me that these people *could* do their transactions via the ATM and that B of A will not provide the location with any more assistance (tellers). Well thanks B of A for catering to your population and basically telling them to "stick it" because perhaps your senior population (one of the largest senior communities in Arizona, Leisure World, is directly across the street) would care to know what you think of them? So, trying to do my part in warning everyone: you WILL stand in line and if you are elderly and can't stand for 20-25 minutes, bring a chair with you because there are not any resting spots when you're standing in line. According to the manager the line is like that ALL DAY. Think about that...B of A is not meeting customer needs, they really are taking this as an "opportunity" to teach old and young alike a lesson in not using their cheaper option, i.e. ATM.
