  Although a Bankruptcy is never a pleasurable experience, working with Tom and the Fife & Cesta office was actually very pleasurable. Everyone was extremely helpful, quick to respond to questions, professional and always there when anything came up. Tom always responded to inquiries, and always added a certain sense of humor to make a grueling process bearable. I highly recommend the offices of Fife & Cesta if anyone is contemplating a Bankruptcy.

  Thomas Cesta: I am currently using the legal services and bankruptcy expertise of Tom Cesta. I am impressed and thankful he is on my team guiding me through a very difficult time. I spoke with 5 bankruptcy attorneys (yes I am anal) but I should clarify, that 3 were out-of-state. Tom was able to meet with me and review my circumstance and provide excellent guidance and strategy for filing bankruptcy. His personal style was a good match for me and I felt comfortable immediately. In addition, he has been extremely helpful since the consult answering questions and giving ongoing guidance without making me feel that I couldn't ask. I feel that he is more then the guy that will file the BK, but the guy that will help me make the best decisions along the way and hopefully beyond during my initial rebuilding.
